Some thoughts from Ryan...

There are a lot of things going on in our country right now that remind us of our brokenness and need to align our hearts and lives with God and His design for all life.  Racism in any form is wrong. It goes against the biblical truth that God created all humans in His image, with incredible value. It is heart-breaking to see the lives that have been lost and injustice that has occurred. So what do we do? We encourage you to seek God first, His Word is where we find truth. Talk with Him about what’s going on in the world and in your heart. Be ready and willing to listen to people who are different than you and have different experiences. Seek wisdom, ask questions and like Isaiah said on behalf of God, “Learn to do good. Seek justice. Help the oppressed. Defend the cause of the orphan. Fight for the rights of widows.”
